What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, direct, and coach the major market sales staff to meet objectives
- Teach and train the sales process to maximize the potential of the sales team
- Report weekly on the team's sales results for the month and quarter
- Monitor each salesperson's weekly performance and ensure alignment with monthly objectives
- Handle customer complaints related to the department and establish a chain of command for escalations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-4 years of experience in sales management
- Experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions
- Extensive knowledge in the Major Account Payroll space
- Proven track record in managing and directing a highly-skilled, motivated salesforce
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience assisting in the selling process as needed
- Familiarity with large, complex organizations in the HR and payroll sector
