      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, direct, and coach the major market sales staff to meet objectives
      - Teach and train the sales process to maximize the sales staff's potential
      - Report weekly on the team's sales results for the month and quarter
      - Monitor each salesperson's weekly performance and compare it with monthly objectives
      - Handle customer complaints constructively and supervise escalations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-4 years of experience in sales management
      - Experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions
      - Extensive experience in the Major Account Payroll space
      - Proven track record in managing and directing a successful salesforce
      - Strong leadership qualities with effective communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling complex HR and payroll solutions to large organizations
      - Familiarity with employee resource groups (ERGs) and diversity initiatives in the workplace
