What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the forecasting process and partner with the sales team to improve forecast accuracy

- Publish monthly reports and newsletters for key stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 2-4 years of experience in sales-related operations and execution activities
- Strong Salesforce skills and excellent program management capabilities
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
