      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a strategic sales training program aligned with the employer's mission and growth objectives
      - Oversee onboarding and continuous development of sales executives, equipping them with necessary training and resources
      - Mentor and guide team members, providing targeted coaching and utilizing evaluations and feedback for improvement
      - Collaborate with product, marketing, and corporate training teams to keep the sales training curriculum current
      - Use data-driven insights to monitor training effectiveness and enhance sales performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree
      - Proven experience in designing and delivering sales training programs in the healthcare industry
      - Strong understanding of sales processes and sales training methodologies
      - Proficient with SFDC, with the ability to train others in its use
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a growth-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree
      - Experience in direct care navigation and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) space
