- Set and execute the overall strategy for the use of SFDC and associated applications across the Recording Academy and its affiliates.
- Be the main point of contact for the SFDC relationship across the company.
- Drive technical programs that support the growth and success of both SFDC and Marketing Cloud and integrated third-party applications.
- Guide the strategy and development of SFDC and Marketing Cloud to perform the functions necessary to support key business units.
- Define and manage project timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and solutions.
- Ensure complete resolution of issues and requests, including root cause analysis and prevention.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Salesforce technicians.
- Monitor tickets and respond to daily support requests.
- Be the accountable leader for project delivery of the Salesforce roadmap, working in partnership with business stakeholders and IT team members.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across the Salesforce platform in accordance with company data policies and best practice.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 10+ years in Salesforce.com administration and management.
- 5+ years leading technical teams and projects.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce and its product portfolio. Service Cloud a plus.
- Experience working directly with C-level executive and stakeholders, driving strategy and executing enterprise projects that align with company goals.
- Hands-on knowledge of third-party marketing and integrated applications. Marketing Cloud administration a plus.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into technology requirements that leverage the existing technology stack.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience with report writing.
- Ability to effectively manage, prioritize, and deliver multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent troubleshooting methods with the ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly and thoroughly.
- Availability for some amount of travel as necessary for periodic team meetings.
- Availability to work some evenings or weekends as required for off-hours events.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Director, Salesforce Services will lead the Salesforce.com (SFDC) team and is responsible for delivering strategic initiatives and ensuring resolution of technical and operational issues. This hands-on leadership role will apply best practices and procedures to design, implement, build, test, document, and support a variety of business needs for the Recording Academy and its affiliates. Working with users across all business units, you have deep Salesforce knowledge and experience, and are service oriented, collaborative, and work with a sense of urgency.

SALARY AND BENEFITS
The starting salary for this position is $132,600 to $167,000 per year, benchmarked against industry standards. Salaries for positions required to be in specific geographic locations reflect the corresponding labor market.
