      The Opportunity

      "As the Director of Strategic Pricing at FICO, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and executing innovative pricing strategies that drive our Software and Scoring business segments. Your role will involve collaborating closely with top leaders across product management, sales, and finance teams to craft dynamic monetization frameworks. These frameworks will not only align with FICO's growth initiatives but also adapt to the evolving landscape of third-party partnerships and marketplaces. Your strategic insights and expertise will be pivotal in maximizing revenue potential and ensuring our pricing models are as forward-thinking and competitive as our solutions." - Hiring Manager

      What You'll Contribute

      • Support the design and implementation of strategic pricing models for FICO’s software products, services, and Scoring solutions , for both direct and indirect channels.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute pricing strategies ( product manage ment, sales, marketing, etc.) .

      • Make informed data-driven decisions using structured problem solving frameworks.

      • Develop pricing models that support FICO’s platform strategy and marketplace growth.

      • Implement new pricing structures that promote revenue growth and margin improvement while ensuring scalability.

      • Communicate pricing concepts and recommendations to executive level leadership.

      • Provide input on key pricing elements, such as billing, discount frameworks, and ongoing performance monitoring.

      Qualifications

      • S trong experience with SaaS and software solution pricing, including an understanding of cost structures, value-based pricing, and competitive analysis.

      • Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and developing data-driven pricing recommendations.

      • Experience with third-party partner pricing models, including marketplace dynamics and API-driven platform pricing.

      • Strong problem solving experience in defining problem, developing a research approach, execution, and recommendation.

      • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable pricing strategies.

      • Proficiency in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and pricing experiments to drive optimization and growth.

      • Ability to work effectively with product, sales, finance, and other teams to align pricing with business objectives .

      • S uperior communication skills, with the ability to present pricing recommendations and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

      • 7 + years of experience in pricing strategy, with a focus on SaaS, software platforms, or financial services.

      • The targeted base pay range for this role is: $144000 to $226000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
