      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and refine corporate real estate strategy aligned with business goals
      - Lead management of corporate real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations and cost management
      - Collaborate with internal departments to align real estate solutions with their needs
      - Establish and maintain relationships with real estate vendors and service providers
      - Develop change management strategies for workplace transformations and relocations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred, or 10 years of experience in corporate real estate
      - Proven track record in developing and executing successful real estate strategies
      - Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost management
      - Excellent negotiation and communication skills
      - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and lead complex projects
