Job Description

- Develop Talent Acquisition strategies to achieve aggressive growth plans through workforce planning strategies that support the effort to attract top talent nationally
- Develop and implement an effective and fully-integrated diversity & inclusion talent acquisition strategy and build relationships with institutions and organizations to drive awareness of CareSource and attract prospective candidates
- Continuously develop, document and improve processes for all staffing-related needs including but not limited to postings, screenings, interviews, reference /background checks, and employment offers
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Compensation to ensure position descriptions are comprehensive and current, and that offers are made based on market competitiveness and internal equity
- Ensure position requirements are synced with the organization’s website and other recruiting sources to assist in promoting consistent branding
- Implement and keep accurate metrics concerning all workforce hiring, including contingent workforce, full and part time staff, EOE, various testing measures, policies and procedures, various relevant accreditation requirements, and others as requested
- Ensure CareSource is 100% compliant with federal and state employment law in all of its talent acquisition practices
- Perform any other job related instructions, as requested
- Bachelor of Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in human resources, management or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), Healthcare Administration (MHA) or related field is preferred
- Five to ten (5-10) years of experience in Human Resources with at least four (4) years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required
- Five to seven (5-7) years of management experience, preferably in Human Resources is required
- Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Highly credible person who, by reputation, will gain the trust and confidence of the business leaders.
