      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals
      - Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to ensure high performance and engagement
      - Oversee the evolution of Total Rewards programs to attract and retain world-class talent
      - Conduct pay equity analyses and ensure fair distribution of rewards during annual increases and promotion cycles
      - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies related to talent acquisition and benefits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in human resources/business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 10+ years of related HR experience in talent acquisition and total rewards, with at least five years in a leadership role
      - Proven experience in developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies
      - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technology
      - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - HR Certifications (CCP, CBP, GPHR, CEBS, SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CECP)
      - Experience working in an international non-profit organization
      - Familiarity with working in a unionized environment
