We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and driven professional who can work across the enterprise to help us mature our Third-Party Risk Management program and the relevant capabilities.       About the Role
      In your role as Director, Third Party Risk Management, you will:

      • Be capability-oriented: Support the development and implementation of data-driven routines to build an operational center of excellence, ensuring quality service delivery for the enterprise's third-party risk management (TPRM) program.
      • Be a partner: Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Sourcing, Partnerships, General Counsel, Technology, Information Security, and other functions to align TPRM processes with business objectives.
      • Be customer-driven: Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, enterprise-wide services such as third-party screening, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring, contributing to risk mitigation across the organization.
      • Be a strong stakeholder: Engage with business units and senior management to provide guidance on TPRM processes, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational goals.
      • Be a change agent: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the TPRM framework, leveraging emerging technologies such as automation and AI to enhance operational performance.
      • Be a leader: Lead, mentor, and coach a small to medium-sized team, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and excellence in service delivery.

      About You

      You’re a fit for the role of Director, Third Party Risk Management if you have:

      • 7+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of relevant experience in risk management, procurement, or third-party risk management; 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
      • Proven ability to support and enhance third-party risk management policies, procedures, and operational processes in collaboration with key business stakeholders and across various risk domains.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
        Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team, promoting diversity, inclusion, and a focus on continuous improvement.
      • Natural curiosity, adaptability to navigate uncertainty, and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
