      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define and lead priority market segments and value proposition for the US market
      - Oversee budgeting and forecasting for global revenue

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10-15+ years of leadership experience in the US music ecosystem, preferably with labels across various genres

      - Proven ability to plan and execute forward-looking strategies to create new business opportunities
      - Experience in inspiring teams to high performance and attracting top talent
      - Comfortable leading within resource constraints and understanding diverse company cultures
