What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Intake new cases, review/verify information, and draft cases in the system
- Monitor, process, and track cases to ensure deadlines are met
- Assign/schedule cases to physicians based on specific guidelines and client requirements
- Update clients frequently on cases in progress
- Ensure proper documentation for specified cases is provided to the client

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree preferred
- Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to apply critical thinking
- Computer literacy and typing skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Knowledge of medical terminology and processes
