What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare the initial Closing Disclosure (CD) prior to loan consummation
- Audit loan files to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards
- Communicate with operations staff, real estate agents, title companies, and vendors to gather necessary documentation
- Ensure timely delivery of the Closing Disclosure within service level agreements
- Conduct detailed reviews of loan-related documents for accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of current banking regulations (RESPA, TRID, Reg-Z, etc.) and familiarity with various loan products (FHA/VA, Conventional, USDA, etc.)
- Ability to analyze complex problems, recognize patterns, and implement preventive measures
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in auditing loan files
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, walking, and operating computers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a mortgage lending or closing role
- Familiarity with compliance auditing processes and requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with external partners
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
