What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process both inbound and outbound calls from members and independent contract stations
- Keep members informed of the status and progress of their requests using internal dispatching applications
- Work directly with 350+ independent contract stations to facilitate service delivery
- Demonstrate concern for member safety and effectively diffuse high tension situations
- Utilize available resources to provide excellent member service

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent written, verbal, and advanced computer skills
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background, and drug screenings
- Prior dispatch experience within a high-volume environment is preferred but not mandatory
