What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor workflow and assign tasks to qualified technicians
- Evaluate and reassign work based on technician availability
- Communicate with technicians to resolve availability imbalances
- Read and analyze service orders and repair tickets for dispatching
- Ensure accurate processing of service orders and repair tickets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and general PC skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks with good time management skills

- Experience in a dispatch or scheduling role within the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with service order and repair ticket processes
