What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and handle requests from members for Roadside Assistance, coordinating services with contractors
- Ensure timely follow-up and feedback to members, addressing requests with empathy and urgency
- Dispatch requests, prioritizing based on safety, urgency, weather, and traffic conditions
- Communicate clearly and accurately about problem resolution, safety concerns, and service alternatives
- Build strong relationships with contractors to ensure reliable assistance for members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Superior active listening skills and ability to process verbal information effectively
- Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Ability to make logical decisions to deliver an exceptional customer experience
