What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate the delivery of re-determination files and dispute resolution documents
- Build and analyze reconsideration/dispute resolution case files to ensure compliance with CMS requirements
- Analyze and make decisions based on various appeal/review categories and documentation
- Input data regarding reconsideration/dispute resolution cases into required systems
- Respond to reconsideration/dispute review requests from appellants, patients, and providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of general office experience
- College education or technical training in administration, business, or related areas may substitute for experience on a year-per-year basis
- Preferred experience in Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR)
