- Req#: MFS-230568
- Monitors expense submissions for client-facing Distribution employees (e.g. for travel, entertainment, Business Partner and MFS sponsored training, seminars, gifts, etc.), and processes, approves, and/or rejects expenses with respect to MFS guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Assists with the review of required documentation and ensures approvals are received on all expenses in accordance with the appropriate guidelines and procedures. Provides feedback to employees and supervisors on expense submissions that are not in good order.
- Escalates potential violations of MFS policies for business partner financial support to the Oversight Lead Specialist.
- Partners with the Oversight leadership on reporting. Identifies opportunities to use different data sets for current and future reporting.
- Assembles data from multiple sources to insert into reporting templates for distribution reporting. Maintains good records for the source data and the final reports.
- Assists Sr. Manager with the mobile device program. Reviews monthly user activity and confirms the mobile engagement dashboards are being refreshed timely. Helps with onboarding and off boarding employees.
- Assists in any projects and team initiatives as needed
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 0-1+ years of investment industry related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven reporting and analytical skills
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tactical priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, cognitive thinking of rules and regulations, and attention to detail is critical, and commitment to the highest quality standards; prioritize work effectively and show adaptability to changing internal priorities and internal client demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision

THE ROLE
Responsible for the routine review and approval of expenses for Distribution’s client-facing employees. Under manager supervision and through team collaboration, adheres to MFS policies and guidelines governing sales practices for client financial support. Interacts and builds relationships with various departments within MFS. Assists in the reporting and mobile engagement efforts for Distribution.WHAT YOU WILL DO
