Responsibilities The Learning Strategy Teams within Agency Learning align learning strategies with broader transformational initiatives. They incorporate data to synthesize tailored learning paths to suit the unique needs and aspirations of each learner. Distribution Strategists are visionaries that orchestrates the connection between our Enterprise-wide strategies and tailor learning paths, ensuring every step we take propels us towards organizational and Market Area business goals. Key Responsibilities: Contributes to setting strategic priorities across work products to drive objectives Evaluates new opportunities for strategic alignment and learning contribution Delivers strategy/decisions to a variety of audiences including leadership Builds strong relationships and engagement with internal stakeholders to help accomplish business area objectives Demonstrates change agility and champions continuous improvement Applies strategic business focus in all aspects of work Applies understanding of business and technology to evaluate opportunities, set direction and alignment with organizational strategies and communicate vision Additional Expectations: Utilize data, market trends and industry knowledge to craft learning programs to serve as the catalyst for State Farm's success and making sure outcomes are tangible and have a measurable impact. Design human learning experiences using creativity, analysis and experience design. The learning experiences reflect the State Farm Agent's reality, drive behavior change and provide best-in-class learning support for the agent's lifecyle. Identify the most impactful learning solutions by analyzing data, including learner needs and organizational goals. Partner closely with the Measurement Team to gauge the effectiveness of our strategic priorities meeting the unique needs of our diverse audience. Remote opportunities will not be considered and relocation will not be offered.*** Qualifications Desired Experience and Background: Experience developing and stewarding learning strategy Experience leading with data Demonstrated examples of leading complex projects and program teams Demonstrated examples of taking strategy to execution efficiently and with pace A background in learning technique, performance support, instructional design or e-learning development would be helpful but not mandatory Background and experience working with State Farm agents or Agency Field Leadership would also be ideal but not mandatory Desired Skills: Synthesis: Understands big picture, consumes broad sets of qualitative and quantitative information and analytically reduces information into strategic conclusions and recommendations Business Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; an ability to convey findings from data, business insights, and changes clearly at all levels of the organization Intellectual Curiosity: Desire to learn more about the world and find the answers to deeper questions beyond just the surface level explanations Creativity: Ability to generate a variety of ideas, concepts and solutions that are novel or innovative; things outside of the box and thinks about problems or issues in new and different ways using imagination to better solve problems End-User Empathy: Views the world through the end-user lens leveraging a current and objective understanding of target audience and end-user based on data, research, and feedback ****Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g. H-1B visa) for this opportunity**** #LI-DNI
