What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver professional development training on best practices for using Renaissance solutions
- Coordinate professional development and technical services for assigned districts
- Create and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Customer Success Management Team
- Analyze data at the district and school level after each assessment period
- Establish and maintain communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field
- Classroom and/or administrative experience
- Exceptional consultative, facilitative, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship building
- Ability to travel nationwide

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience successfully implementing Renaissance Solutions (FastBridge, Star, Freckle, Lalilo, myON, Accelerated Reader, and eduCLIMBER)
- Background in planning and delivering professional learning sessions
- Early childhood education experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency
- Experience with Dual Language Programming
