      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strategic plans for staffing and performance management across multiple locations
      - Oversee team engagement and productivity to enhance member retention and growth
      - Demonstrate leadership by setting clear goals and effectively communicating with store teams
      - Analyze financial reports and monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to improve profitability
      - Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and enhance guest satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years of retail or restaurant general management experience
      - Successful completion of the District Manager In Training (DMIT) Program
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree in business or a closely related field
      - 1-3 years of multi-unit experience in a convenience store or restaurant environment
      - Excellent team-building and leadership practices
      - Strong analytical skills
      - Willingness to relocate
