      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis and revenue goals
      - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree or equivalent work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience, with 5+ years in Building Materials
      - Thorough understanding of the construction process and ability to comprehend architectural plans
      - Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with associates and customers
      - Ability to analyze market conditions and develop strategic responses to opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within the pre-engineered building space
      - Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
      - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
