      We're seeking a strategic, results-driven, and customer-focused District Sales Manager to lead and grow our Indiana region. In this role, you will drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to expand market presence.       What You'll Do
      • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
      • Customer and Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key builders, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
      • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize success.
      • Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on building and/or construction industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. •

      • 5 years of technical sales experience or product knowledge
