What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue quotas for the Northeast territory
- Manage and cover the assigned territory, requiring overnight travel
- Present products professionally and knowledgeably to customers, including hospitals and surgery centers
- Develop and provide an extensive territory sales forecast and business plan each year
- Analyze competition, trends, and costing to enhance sales effectiveness and profitability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Medical device experience preferred
- Must be located in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within the medical device industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong analytical skills to assess competition and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel overnight as required
