      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve the sales budget for the district while managing all activities within the district expense budget
      - Ensure appropriate distributor engagement and support to build a robust customer pipeline
      - Provide verbal technical assistance to surgeons and OR personnel during case coverage
      - Assist in hiring, performance management, and conversion of sales representatives as needed
      - Collaborate with the sales force to develop a pipeline of new surgeon trainees and users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in Business (or similar) preferred
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience in orthopedic medical devices, with a focus on foot and ankle preferred
      - Two years of sales coaching and development experience leading direct sales teams
      - Comfortable working in an Operating Room environment instructing surgeons
      - Willingness to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel as needed

      - Experience in managing a high-performance sales team in the medical device industry
      - Strong understanding of the surgical treatment of bunions and related procedures
      - Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships in the healthcare field
