      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage field execution of the Bottler at retail level, focusing on programming, promotions, and merchandising
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BODYARMOR® products across all business channels
      - Lead relationship development with sales management and retail companies to drive business priorities
      - Monitor and analyze retail event performance, providing insights to key stakeholders
      - Onboard and manage a sales intern program, providing coaching and feedback on performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
      - 5+ years of sales experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
      - Residence within the Pensacola, FL area required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to lift 40-50 lbs
      - Proven track record of managing grocery and convenience chains successfully

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) account management
      - Strong network of contacts with grocery and convenience retail buyers
      - Familiarity with syndicated IRI and/or Nielsen data
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales
      - Experience in cold call sales and territory management
