      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall field execution at the retail level, ensuring programming, promotions, and merchandising meet standards.
      - Develop and execute sales strategies and promotions for BODYARMOR products across various channels.
      - Build and maintain relationships with sales management of bottlers and retail companies.
      - Lead the onboarding and management of a sales intern program, providing coaching and feedback.
      - Monitor product inventory levels and communicate potential issues to the Regional Sales Manager.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience required
      - Minimum of 5 years of Sales Account Management experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
      - Must reside within the Philadelphia, PA area (or within 50 miles)
      - Proven track record of success managing grocery and convenience chains
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer-specific sales reporting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in cold call sales and territory management
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism
      - Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
      - Established contacts with grocery and convenience retail buyers
      - Experience with syndicated IRI and/or Nielsen data
