What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to call on named builders and expand market share
- Develop sales campaigns to achieve builder market goals and analyze market trends
- Demonstrate product features and advantages over competitors to potential clients
- Manage customer relationships using Salesforce CRM to identify opportunities and schedule touchpoints
- Prepare and submit monthly progress, itinerary, and expense reports to the Regional Sales Manager
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a focus on technical products
- Strong mechanical aptitude and personal computer skills
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive long distances and travel by plane
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with automated control systems, plumbing hydraulics, and basic water chemistry is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- Knowledge of swimming pool equipment and the employer's products
- Experience in electronic chlorine generation, solar, gas, and electric heaters
