      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage strategic customer relationships with healthcare practitioners within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted sales volume
      - Direct and coach Territory Sales Managers on establishing new and existing accounts
      - Report on customer relationships, sales activity, and territory trends
      - Train Territory Sales Managers and healthcare practitioners on effectively utilizing Standard Process products
      - Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on overall regional planning and budget management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Nutrition, or a related field
      - Valid Driver's License
      - 5-7 years of outside sales experience
      - 3-5 years of managerial experience overseeing sales employees
      - Knowledge of regulatory affairs, specifically DSHEA, FDA, and USDA regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales within the healthcare practitioner channel, particularly with natural or complementary products
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply sales data analysis
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
      - Polished presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare practitioners
      - Ability to travel frequently, with six or more overnights per month
