What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage strategic customer relationships with health care practitioners within an assigned territory to achieve budgeted sales volume
- Coach and guide Territory Sales Managers on establishing new and maintaining existing accounts
- Report on customer relationships, sales activity, and territory trends
- Train Territory Sales Managers and health care practitioners on utilizing Standard Process products effectively
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to manage the overall sales plan and budget for the region
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Nutrition, or a related field
- Valid Driver’s License
- 5-7 years of outside sales experience
- 3-5 years of managerial and supervisory experience of sales employees
- Experience in sales, preferably in the health care practitioner channel, representing natural or complementary products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of regulatory affairs, specifically DSHEA, FDA, and USDA regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply sales data analysis for strategy development
- Ability to communicate effectively with health care practitioners
- Highly organized with polished presentation skills
