What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow and manage business within the designated territory
- Perform sales and marketing activities to meet and exceed forecasts
- Utilize data to proactively manage territory and expand business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, independent reps, and internal resources
- Attend business meetings and training sessions as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ideally located in or willing to relocate to the Michigan area or nearby states
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, advertising, or a similar field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail-related settings
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels

- Internship experience and previous entry-level experience will also be considered as working experience
- Enthusiastic about providing the best possible customer service for clients and consumers
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the industry
- Ability to work some nights and weekends for events and promotions
- Proven time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules and deadlines
