      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver diversity, equity, and inclusion training programs and materials
      - Support affinity resource groups in managing projects and events, including budget maintenance
      - Assist in project management for strategic DE&I objectives, including communication plans and stakeholder updates
      - Collaborate with the Communications Department to promote DEI programs and ensure employee awareness
      - Provide guidance on culturally sensitive content creation for internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a progressive DEI role with administrative duties in staff development
      - Knowledge of DEI best practices and principles
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - DEI certification preferred
      - Experience in planning and coordinating learning activities
      - Familiarity with media production and communication techniques
