What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deliver diversity and inclusion training programs and initiatives
- Provide support to affinity resource groups, managing budgets and organizing events
- Assist with vital projects that align with the strategic objectives of the DE&I plan
- Collaborate with the Communications Department to ensure awareness of DE&I opportunities
- Serve as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and program participants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Education, or a closely related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a progressive DEI role, including administrative or coordinative duties in staff development
- Knowledge of DEI best practices and principles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- DEI certification preferred
- Considerable knowledge in planning and administering learning activities
- Familiarity with media production and dissemination techniques
