      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
      - Provide competitive pricing on completed prospect applications to maintain maximum profit margins
      - Create and implement marketing plans as necessary
      - Conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives in preparing proposals
      - Mentor and develop staff through training and performance management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - At least 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including managing and developing people
      - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
      - Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
      - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
      - Proven track record of building effective communication and team morale
