      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
      - Provide accurate and competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins
      - Create and conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives in their preparations
      - Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives to enhance communication and performance
      - Mentor and develop staff through onboarding and performance management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a sales management role, including hiring and developing teams
      - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
      - Experience with enterprise software solutions in large, complex organizations
      - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
      - Proven ability to build and maintain employee morale and motivation
