      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop business plans and sales strategies to penetrate new markets
      - Provide timely and competitive pricing on prospect applications while maintaining profit margins
      - Create and conduct proposal presentations and assist Account Representatives with preparation
      - Conduct one-on-one reviews with Account Representatives to enhance communication and performance
      - Mentor staff through onboarding, training, and performance management processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, including hiring and developing staff
      - Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes
      - Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
      - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Extensive experience in Supplier Relationship Management
      - Proven track record of motivating and directing sales teams for improved performance
