      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide sales and sales support for existing and new accounts
      - Service existing customers through route relief and direct store deliveries
      - Merchandise and set up new accounts in a full-service capacity
      - Manage sales and credits of merchandise as integral responsibilities
      - Additional duties may be assigned at management's discretion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Degree or equivalent
      - 1-3 years of retail, merchandising, or sales experience
      - Ability to be agile with daily tasks, personable, and self-sufficient
      - Must be able to lift 50 pounds and bend/climb in and out of a 16 ft box truck
      - Willingness to travel extensively within a 2-3 hour radius of home

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or merchandising sector
      - Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
      - Familiarity with direct store delivery processes
      - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
      - Experience in managing customer relationships effectively
