      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate and collect case facts, documents, and evidence for attorney review
      - Organize and maintain digital case files, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards
      - Conduct legal research and provide detailed reports on case law and judicial decisions
      - Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, motions, affidavits, and correspondence
      - Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits and assisting attorneys in the courtroom

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience
      - Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Experience with MS Word and Excel
      - Ability to work efficiently and positively interact with clients and staff under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced legal environment
      - Familiarity with case management software
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
