Warehousing / Mail Operations Manager.

What this job involves –

Logistics Management

• Coordination of domestic and international shipments
• Creation and Management of Shipment Documentation for both Domestic and International shipment thought industry tool and/or Commercial Invoices
• Management of shipment process with Global Trade Teams, US Customers Teams and third party brokers
• Validating shipments to shipment documentation for 100% accuracy of shipment
• Managing Client Communications for Project status and updates

Warehouse Operations Management

• Managing Equipment Collection and Shipments
• Managing Daily Delivery Schedules
• Managing OPEX Expenses and Invoicing
• Managing and Ordering Warehouse Supplies
• Managing Warehouse Daily schedules including opening and closing

Inventory Management

• Data Entry/Database Updates using Life Sciences client Technology
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Maintaining accurate inventory records with 98% accuracy
• Working knowledge of client's equipment and how it is applied/deployed
• Creation of shipment documentation require for inventory reservations
• Preparation of equipment for removal from site
• Preparation of equipment to be processed by warehouse team
• Warehouse audits; inventory updates

Warehouse Employee Management

• Provide daily direction and oversite of JLL Warehouse staff
• Ensure self and subordinates' compliance with all training requirements
• Ensure compliance with all site EHS policies and procedures
• Perform staff performance appraisals
• Assist Facility Manager with other tasks as assigned

Warehouse Support

• Managing Pick/pull of assets
• Managing Stocking of assets
• Understanding and Managing Best Practices for Palletization of Equipment
• Understanding and Managing Best Practices Packing Assets for shipping

Desired experience and technical skills –

Required:

• 5+ years of experience working in warehouse, logistics, or shipping environment
• Minimum 1 year managing a team
• Forklift Certified
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks and projects
• Ability to work in many different situations and environments such as warehouse, lab, professional office or event
• Computer experience including working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mobile technology

Desired:

• DOT and/or IATA certification
