What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, develop, and implement educational programs on documentation and coding
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for internal departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Associate degree in Education, Business/Healthcare Administration, Medical Record Sciences, or related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- Three (3) years of coding experience required
- Two (2) years of experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or program development
- Prior experience in a healthcare revenue cycle position required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data analytics experience preferred
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Access applications
- Additional relevant certifications in documentation and coding
