What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research, develop, and implement educational programs on documentation and coding for healthcare providers
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing resources and support to internal departments
- Create educational materials and present classes to groups of providers and staff
- Ensure educational programs adhere to best practices in instructional design and adult learning
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance coding and documentation knowledge across the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Associate degree in Education, Business/Healthcare Administration, Medical Record Sciences, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
- Three (3) years of coding experience required
- Two (2) years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning, or program development
- Prior experience in a healthcare revenue cycle position required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data analytics experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Access applications
- At least one of the following certifications: CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, or RHIA
