Job Description

- Complete basic tasks within the Document Management System (DMS).
- Upload documents
- Process documents and labels
- Route documents
- File and organize documents
- Organize and maintain the shared data folder for the department
- Scan and upload documents including validations, batch records, and more
- Assist with administrative tasks for the audits by completing the following:
- Retrieving documents, ordering lunch, and setting up meeting rooms
- Collaborate across functions
- Review batch records.
- Understand appropriate lab protocols and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) including regulatory awareness of chemical handling and hazards, compliance, and proper use of equipment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent and up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems and filing system
- Knowledge of safety and company procedures and practices
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and completing data retrieval and data entry
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to act independently on routine assignments or projects
- Must have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to work in a fast-faced environment where multitasking is required
- Must work well both independently and in a team environment

Position Summary:
The responsibilities of this position are to support the Document Control and Quality Assurance Departments by performing routine duties required to maintain established document control programs including: completing tasks within the Document Management System, carrying out departmental requests and scanning, filing and uploading documents.
