- You will need to have a friendly and helpful manner and have a sensitive approach when dealing with patients and their families.
- We are looking for candidates who have good communication skills and have a caring attitude.
- GCSE English or equivalent
- NVQ Healthcare support services, BICSc CPSS
- Working within a cleaning team, dealing with waste, smells, bodily excretions and dirt
- Previous experience of working with domestic services, other hotel services or health care
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Ability to respond well in all situations
- Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
- Ability to apply a systematic approach when tackling problems and finding solutions
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy
