What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage donor complications arising from the donation process
- Provide timely and accurate answers to donors and staff regarding donor eligibility
- Communicate directly with donors to ensure proper care and resolution of complications
- Perform medical director/designee review and final quality review for donor complication cases
- Correct, update, and verify changes to donor records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Laboratory Professional (MT or MLT)
- Minimum one year of related experience in patient care, blood collections, or patient testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a Windows environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior blood banking or similar customer service experience
- Additional certifications related to healthcare services
