What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage routine to moderately complex donor complication cases, ensuring appropriate care and timely action
- Provide accurate answers to donors and staff regarding eligibility, complaints, and concerns, managing cases to resolution
- Conduct quality reviews for donor complication cases to maintain regulatory standards
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in donor records while ensuring confidentiality
- Prepare reports on donor complication cases for internal review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with medical certification (e.g., RN, LPN, MT, or MLT) required; Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in patient care, blood collections, or patient testing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively gather health history from donors
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
