      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage routine to moderately complex donor complication cases by providing appropriate care and support to donors
      - Provide timely and accurate responses to donor inquiries regarding eligibility, complaints, and concerns
      - Conduct medical director/designee reviews and quality assessments for donor complication cases
      - Investigate and correct discrepancies in donor records while ensuring confidentiality
      - Monitor security access to confidential donor records and prepare reports on donor complication cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent with medical certification such as Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Medical Laboratory Professional (MT or MLT) required; Associate's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient care, blood collections, or patient testing
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to probe donors for complete health histories
      - Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply
      - Experience with donor management or in a medical setting
      - Knowledge of regulatory standards related to blood donation and donor care
      - Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping practices in a healthcare context
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
