What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Donor Data Management application and associated business processes
- Consult with colleagues to gather information about application or reporting issues and training needs
- Troubleshoot donor data management application issues, collaborating with customers and vendors for resolution
- Design, develop, document, test, and deploy custom reports and dashboards within the Donor Data Management application
- Support testing of the donor data management application software and ensure adherence to data quality standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree and/or certification in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience with database structures, application support, and/or report writing skills
- Knowledge and experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft Excel, and Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training and defining business requirements
- Ability to operate effectively in a collaborative, shared leadership environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with fundraising or donor data management applications in a healthcare or higher education setting
- Previous donor database application support experience
- Familiarity with data warehousing and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) business intelligence technology
