- Provide oversight and record-keeping in Biomed Salesforce and online scheduling system
- Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and timely
- Schedule and implement education programs for various groups
- Localize blood drive collateral and provide follow-up support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience
- Minimum one-year related experience
- Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, and negotiation skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
