What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the systems that interface between the agency management system and insurance carriers, ensuring accurate data transfers
- Configure and set up systems that interface with Applied EPIC, ensuring proper mapping and integration of data fields
- Monitor download transactions for errors, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with carriers and software vendors to resolve problems
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and consistency across all download transactions and systems
- Provide support to internal users for download-related issues, offering guidance and assistance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with IVANS Download processing or managing property and casualty insurance accounts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in download configurations and data transactions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in process improvement initiatives related to data integration
- Familiarity with data quality assurance practices in the insurance industry
