Why We Need This Role The DPMS Analyst will elevate Imagen's DPMS expertise in order to ensure our support teams have access to accurate data and analytics. This is achieved through consistent use of dental practice management systems at the practice level, validation of data (i.e. definitions, calculations) in our data warehouse, the implementation of standards and controls, and the execution of a DPMS migration strategy.
Responsibilities Data Validation - Partner with Technology/PMO to create data validation process & criteria
- Complete data validation as outlined by process
- Partner with Technology, RCM, Growth, Accounting & Finance
- Provide business and technical expertise on using systems or partners such as Sikka (or others) to access DPMS databases vs. building data integrations in-house.
DPO - Data Process Optimization Standardization - Identify cross-functional group + top ~20 metrics/reports to create DPOs
- Support DPO creation for top 3 DPMS
DPMS Migration - Partner with the PMO, Technology, RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and Accounting to provide system expertise into our selection process
- Represent Practice Services and Practice Growth in the migration of systems, according to the practice migration schedule.
- Ensure data lineage, traceability, and integrity through the transitions.
- Partner with Growth, RCM, FP&A, Marketing, Accounting
DPMS Controls - Partner with Technology/Practice Services/PG/RCM to create SOP's by DPMS
- Partner with PMO/PG in rollout
- Least privileged access principle should be employed
DPMS Best Practices - Partner with Technology/Practice Services/PG/RCM to create SOP's by DPMS
Qualifications Experience You'll Have - 5+ years of experience in technical analysis, system optimization and implementation
- 5-10 years' experience in process roles (process design, process mapping, root cause analysis, business controls, establishing control plans, developing go to green plans)
- Extensive experience partnering with business leaders to implement data and process improvements.
- Expertise with Dentrix Core, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental software
- Execution of projects and programs of various complexities.
